033. Make a conscious effort to speak louder and be heard the first time I say something

Will be complete: if I feel at the end of 1001 days that I have improved my speaking so that people can hear me the first time I speak.

Why it is on my list: I am very soft-spoken and it annoys me and others when I cannot be heard.
